Spark Change: A MATES in Construction NZ Research Webinar - CHASANZ

CHASANZ has partnered with MATES in Construction's dedicated and compassionate team in continuing to SPARK CHANGE.

This webinar discusses their latest comprehensive research on the state of mental health and well-being within New Zealand's construction industry, sharing key insights from over 2,000 workers across New Zealand.

There is a compelling line-up of guest-speakers, Dr Chris Bowden (Director of Research), Dr Lauren Donnan (Research and Innovation Manager) and James Sendall (Field Officer) who will be presenting MATES' newest research. The research identified five workplace-based psychosocial stressors common to and affecting all worker groups. These stressors will be outlined in more detail within the webinar.
